Recipe:
● 1 tortilla/wrap
● ¼ cup tomato sauce/marinara sauce

Instructions:
1. Spread the tomato sauce on the wrap/tortilla
2. Crack eggs on top
3. Top it with cherry tomatoes, BrightFresh® Micro Arugula and cheese
4. Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes

Recipe:
● 4 medium sweet potatoes
● BrightFresh® Micro Rainbow Mix
● ½ cup black beans
● ½ cup corn
● 1 small onion
● Juice of 2 limes
● 1 avocado
● Salt + pepper
● Sour cream
Instructions:
1. Poke holes in the sweet potato with a fork
2. Let them bake at 400°F for 40 minutes - 1 hour until soft
3. Mix your black beans, corn and diced onion
4. Squeeze a lime and mix in
5. Prepare your guacamole by mashing an avocado, mixing in the BrightFresh® Rainbow mix and mixing in the juice of a lime
6. Assemble your dish - scoop out the inside of the sweet potatoes
7. First fill it with the black bean mixture
8. Then top it with the guacamole
9. Top it with more BrightFresh® Rainbow Mix
10. Drizzle some sour cream on top

Instructions:
1. Mix your ground meat with salt and pepper
2. Form into sliders and let it cook on the pan until done
3. Place a piece of cheddar cheese on top and cover. Let it cook until the cheese melts.
4. Time to assemble your slider
5. Spread some ketchup (or sauce of choice) on one side of the bun

7. Place your burger on top of that
